Fab Maternity & Nursing Wear That Won’t Break the Bank

Every time I hit my 6th month of pregnancy, I feel the need to look  pretty. I do not know if it is the hormonal changes or just my whim. Instead of scouring for maternity clothes, which I can only use for the duration of my pregnancy,  I search for the latest nursing wear online.  This way I hit two birds with one stone. I get to wear nursing clothes longer, giving me better bang for my buck. It is also my way of psyching myself up for breastfeeding and caring for a new baby. There is nothing like retail therapy to inspire me to be a better mom.

When buying nursing wear, I look for pieces that can I can wear for at least 2 to 3 years.  They should:

*Be easy to wear and easy on the budget (I love stocking up on different designs & colors.)

*Be made of stretchy material so that it carry me through the heavy pregnant stage to skinny full-time nursing  mode (Yes! Breastfeeding is the best way to shed those excess poundage.)

*Allow me  nurse discretely without having to put on inconvenient nursing scarves and covers (Some babies, like my firstborn,  hate scarves and aprons because they can get hot.)

*NOT look like nursing wear so that I can wear it beyond the nursing years

I now have a  new favorite–Kaypee Baby, which I discovered quite recently.   Kaypee Baby hit almost all of my requirements. They carry very thoughtful designs that make nursing on-the-go a breeze. The fabrics are fun, pleasing to the eyes and oh-so-soft.  Most of all, the dresses and blouses  come at a steal from P119 to P399.

What is amazing to me is that their pieces are mostly free size, but they can fit moms sized XS to XL. I tried on the different designs meant for  small to large moms  and they fit well. The secret, Gorgeous Kaypee Mom shares, is in the types of fabric they use.  I also  appreciate that all their designs have discreet nursing access with a generous amount of lining to prevent indecent exposure.

The Kaypee Baby website is nursing wear heaven for me! My only complaint is that stocks go fast! In fact, during my first order, I missed  buying 2 dresses because of my indecision. Other moms beat me to it and that was just in the span of 20 minutes! Kaypee Mommy promises, however, that they restock at least twice a week so there is no need to panic.
