Mamaway Philippines, one of my favorite nursing wear makers, and Medela Moms are announcing the third run of the very successful and informative “What to Expect at the Hospital and Beyond.”

This class is free!  It is meant for expectant couples intending to breastfeed.  The seminar is a crash course for those too busy to attend classes before giving birth. It  will tackle everything you need to know as soon as you get your first contractions up until your first separation from baby to work or travel. You will be taught about  hospital procedures, how to  latch your baby, what to do you when you bring baby home and how to prepare yourself and your child for your eventual return to work.
