Love In A Soup

I had a rare, rare time alone with God at a quaint restaurant  at lunch today.

The place had a very relaxed vibe. It was refreshing to have peace and quiet in a public place. After ordering, I had a moment to ask God to tell me what was on His mind.

As I was writing down His reply, my tomato soup arrived.

I did not notice it as first as I was busy trying to capture words coming into my thoughts to my diary.

Then I glanced up and saw the bowl of soup!

Heart! On my tomato soup!

I knew it God confirming what He just whispered to me.

How sweet it is to be the child of such a loving Creator!
